50 years ago, Nix opened its doors as Nix Check Cashing in communities across L.A. Unlike uppity traditional banks, Nix serves communities that many financial institutions neglect to serve. And unlike predatory lenders, Nix offers fair, reasonable financial products that lay everything out in the open and help customers, instead of taking advantage of them. Our goal is to help our customers become financially healthy over the long-term by focusing on relationships instead of one-off transactions.

From 43 years of annual Holiday Food Drives to staffing our branches with employees from the local community, we aim to put our neighbors first in everything we do.
